  • How do I pay my invoice?

    If you received an invoice in your email and wants to pay online, you need to login to your account. Once logged in, go to "Invoices". Your pending invoice will be displayed. You can then click on your pending invoice and pay using any major credit or debit card and or Paypal. To login to your account, click here.

  • I can't find my invoice or an old invoice

    If you can't find your invoice or previously paid invoices on your account when you login, please contact us at 617-807-0155 and someone will help you with this issue.

  • How does your payment system works? Is it safe?

    We use industry standard safety features such as SSL certification and measures to ensure your information is safe. Our website or system does not store your financial information. We partnered up with Stripe, the leading internet merchant system, to assure your information is never saved, and the transaction goes through smoothly with no issues.

  • How does the payment installments process work?

    The project starts with a 50% deposit. After design sign off and before we move into programming, we collect 25%. Once we have completed and fulfilled our scope, the final 25% is collected and your website is then scheduled for launch. This can change, depending on the size and timing of your project.

  • I would like to cancel my account

    We are here to help and we would be sad to see you go, but if you wish to cancel any of your services, please call us at 617-807-0155. It will only take a few minutes.

    We don't typically offer this service to our clients. We give you the tools and teach you how to accomplish this. Our tools and way of creating your website, makes it easy for you to enter your products and content, however, we can send you a customized quote if your store has a certain number of products.   • Where do I go to check my email?

    If your website is being hosted with WebElevated, to check your email, you can go to http://webelevated.com/webmail and login using your full email and password provided.

  • How can I create a new email account?

    If your website is hosted with WebElevated, to create a new email account, you need to login to your CPANEL first. TO do that, you can go to yourwebsite.com/cpanel (replace with your website URL). Login with the provided username and password. Once you login, go to the email section of CPANEL and click on "Email Accounts". Once there, click on "Create new account".

    To configure your new email account to be used on your iOS or Android devices, you need to login to your email account by going to http://webelevated.com/webmail and login using the provided username and password.   • How many email accounts can I have?

    It depends on your hosting package and hosting/bandwidth size. Your email is stored along with your website so the size of your hosting account will matter. We also offer options such as GSuite email accounts, which is one of the best email services for businesses, provided by Google.

    Once you become a customer, our system sends out daily reports with your internet marketing campaign progress. We also send you a more detailed report once a week. We will also provide you with an initial "website report" free of charge. If you want to check the status of your website and how it ranks online, you can use SitesMark, it's free!

  • How do I configure my email to my mobile phone?

    Yes. All of our websites are built with the latest technology. Dynamic websites that works and looks great on pc, tablets and mobile phones.

  • Can I edit my website from my phone or tablet?

    Yes but we don't recommend it. We recommend logging into the backend of your website to perform changes and updates via a PC or Laptop, however, if you have no other option, then you can use the WordPress app or just by going to the backend of your website and logging in.

  • How safe is my website?

    Very safe. Although everything online is hackable, we go the extra mile to ensure your website have the highest fighting chance against hackers, malware, bugs and viruses. We use industry leading technology to ensure your website is monitored 24/7 and it warns our staff in case of any suspicious activities. We install and maintain SSL certificates for you, so you don't have to worry about anything.
